Ayman Nassar, M.Sc, PMP, ACP

Founder of Islamic Leadership Institute of America (ILIA) with over 30+ years of experience youth and leadership development. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, and a second Masters degree in Engineering Management & Systems Engineering and several industry leadership & management certificates. He has coached thousands of youth and young adults, and provided crisis stabilization counseling, coaching, mentoring and leadership development from youth of various diverse backgrounds. He developed over 250 leadership development courses, and authored dozens of articles and a number of books.

Imam Chad Earl, Quran Teacher

Imam Chad grew up in Indiana and accepted Islam when he was 15 years old. He has been seeking knowledge since this early age which took him to Egypt in 2005 to learn Arabic and Islamic Studies. After completing the requirements, he was accepted into Al-Azhar to graduate with its high school diploma in 2012 that qualified him to join the College of Islamic and Arabic Studies, Al-Azhar University. He graduated with a degree in Islamic and Arabic Studies in 2018. He also sat for Independent Studies with scholars in Egypt in various Islamic topics such as memorization, Tajwid, Fiqh, Tafsir and Hadith. He helped with successfully launching an online Arabic program based in Cairo, Egypt. He worked as a writer, editor and translator with the Egyptian House of Fatwa (Dar Al-Iftaa), Al-Azhar. He served for four years as the Religious Director of the Islamic Center of Maryland and now serves as Imam and Programs Director of the Islamic Society of Monmouth County NJ. He is also working on a Master's Degree in Islamic Studies at the Islamic Seminary of America.
