Overview:
Join us for a day dedicated to building teamwork, unity, and leadership skills while enjoying the great outdoors. Activities include hiking, canoeing, team sports, and various outdoor challenges. Meals will be provided, including morning and afternoon snacks and lunch.

Our Policies and Standards
At ILIA, the safety and well-being of our participants are our top priority. Below are some of the key guidelines and standards we adhere to during our retreats:
Washing Hygiene
Frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is encouraged.
All accommodations and bathrooms are fully stocked with hand soap.
Hand sanitizers are available throughout the camp.
Cabin / Housing Hygiene
We use facilities that meet our high cleanliness standards.
Public campgrounds are supervised by the US Dept of Interior, US National Parks, and State Parks.
Deep cleaning is performed after each retreat session.
Dining Hygiene
Our Kitchen Team follows enhanced sanitation procedures during mealtimes.
All guests are required to wash their hands before and after meals.
Our staff is CPR-certified and trained to handle food allergies.
Outdoor Precautions
Staff are trained to manage common outdoor ailments and perform first-aid.
First aid kits and medical personnel are readily available.
Medications
Staff are trained to handle and administer medications as needed.
Dehydration prevention protocols are strictly followed, including scheduled water breaks.
Sports Camps
Mandatory weigh-ins ensure proper hydration and health.
Life jackets and helmets are provided for water sports and other activities as required.
